The Story of GRACE

My name is Eugenia, and GRACE was born from my own journey with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)—a journey filled with pain, healing, resilience, and, above all, hope.

For years, I struggled with overwhelming emotions, the fear of abandonment, and an identity that often felt like it was slipping through my fingers. BPD is not just a diagnosis; it is an experience of living life on the edge of emotional intensity. The highs feel euphoric, the lows unbearable, and in between, there is an exhausting battle for stability.

But within that battle, I found something unexpected: strength. I found the power of self-love, the beauty of vulnerability, and the incredible impact of words—words that can heal, uplift, and remind us that we are enough.
